I'm a Technical Business Analyst with 7+ years across business analysis, custom system development, and IT delivery, including 3+ years as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering at HUB International, an insurance brokerage. I specialize in eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements across the full project lifecycle, from discovery through UAT and production support.
My background as a full-stack developer gives me a strong grounding in relational databases and lets me move fluidly between business and engineering conversations.
